Happy Autumn

Today is the Autumnal Equinox. The exact time was at 15:44 today GMT. What does this mean? An equinox is the moment in time (not a whole day) when the centre of the Sun can be observed to be directly above the Earth’s equator, occurring around March 20 and September 22 each year. Wishing all of you a lovely transition into winter (and if you happen to live in the Southern Hemisphere have a great summer!).
